A Bolt-managed shoot is a seamless workflow, from image capture to file processing to contact printing, editing, retouching, and delivery. We also offer you secure storage, archiving, and web access to your files.

Every shoot includes instantaneous file backup and, when feasible, redundant archiving into more than one server. To reduce the chance of losing files, all shoots at Bolt Productions studios are archived in a minimum of three different storage systems from the moment each image is captured.

Your files are readily and securely accessible via Bolt’s online Media Mine™ gallery, which allows you to view and edit your shoots and download low-res images at any time during and after the shoot.

Asset Management is covered in our complete digital package rates. While Bolt stores your files on servers in our network hub in Dallas free for 15 days, most clients opt for long-term storage for a nominal fee based on file size. Files are stored securely on our servers for six months. After that, files are stored on tape backup.
